SlingSource provides a healthcare resource directory that connects users with local healthcare providers, services, and resources. Our platform enables emergency medical services (EMS) providers to share curated healthcare resource information with patients via QR codes.

The information provided through SlingSource is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
        

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Verify all healthcare information independently before making healthcare decisions
Contact healthcare providers directly to confirm hours, services, and availability
Use SlingSource only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to circumvent any security features

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through SlingSource. Healthcare provider information may change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLINGSOURCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

For individual end users using the free service, our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

SlingSource and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SlingSource LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Sponsored Content

SlingSource may display sponsored content and affiliate links. These are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Ad." We may receive compensation when you interact with these links.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of SlingSource after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Pre-Suit Mediation: Before filing any civil claim or legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith mediation. The costs of mediation shall be split evenly between the parties. Only upon reaching an impasse in mediation may either party proceed to formal legal action.

            13.2 JURY TRIAL WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
        

13.3 Venue: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
